Shipping and Deliveries

By finalizing your purchase, you're not just obtaining a fantastic item; you're also taking on an important duty. To guarantee the smooth and secure receipt of your order, it's crucial that you or a designated representative be present at the delivery address on the scheduled delivery day. This measure greatly reduces the risk of any delivery issues.

As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a tracking number. This number is your key to keeping an eye on your package's journey in real-time. Regularly checking the tracking information is the best approach to be ready for your order's impending arrival.

We deliver in the provinces of Canada by Loomis Express, UPS or Canada Post (small packages only), which offer a fast and efficient service to your door. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please note that we do not ship to the Canadian territories: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut. Moreover, due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Expect a 1-2 business day timeframe for the processing and dispatch of your order. After this, orders within Ontario and Quebec typically take 2-3 working days to arrive, while those in other provinces may take 4-10 days.

Please be aware that during peak holiday seasons, there may be delays due to altered holiday operating schedules and increased order volumes. Orders placed on or just before public holidays may also require a few extra business days for delivery. Our team is committed to ensuring the rapid and efficient shipment of your order.

Showroom

Yes, we have a showroom. It is located at 5780 Paré Street, Montreal (QC).

The showroom is open to the public from Monday and Tuesday, from 9am to 3pm, and on Friday from 9am to 12pm. It is closed on Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, as well as on public holidays.

Yes, you can buy directly from our showroom and leave immediately with your purchases. We only accept debit and credit cards as payment.

Returns, Exchanges & Pricing policy

At Nüline Distribution, we pride ourselves on offering top-notch designs and products. However, we recognize that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, leading to a need for return. For an efficient return process, we require all returns to be pre-authorized. Once returned, the product will undergo an inspection. Depending on the outcome, we may repair the item or, at our discretion, provide a refund, credit, or an exchange.

Please note that Nüline Distribution does not accept returns due to a change of mind. We only accept returns for products with genuine faults, and such returns must be initiated within 31 days of receipt of the goods. Our primary approach is to repair the product whenever possible.

Nüline Distribution only accepts exchanges or returns for products identified as faulty. If a product is found faulty upon purchase, we will not accept requests for refunds, credits, or exchanges after 31 days from the purchase date.

We advise you to examine your product immediately upon receipt. If you discover any issues, please contact us right away. Our initial approach is to attempt to repair the problem. If repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement, or, at Nüline Distribution's discretion, issue a credit or refund.

For any returns, please ensure you include the invoice. Should the product be confirmed as flawed or faulty, Nüline Distribution will bear the shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges.

Please be informed that we do not offer price adjustments on items previously purchased which are subsequently advertised at a reduced price. Products sold at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, credits, or exchanges.

Warranty

Generally speaking, we warrant the products that we represent for 1 year against manufacturing defects. We can’t warranty based on damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear, so please follow the care instructions.

A manufacturing defect is a type of defect that occurs during the production or manufacturing process of a product. It refers to any flaw or error in the product that makes it different from the intended design or specification, and as a result, it may not function properly or may pose a safety risk to the user.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, it will be apparent within the first few days of use.

If the product is a gift, it is the person who made the purchase of the product who must make the warranty claim following the different procedures.

To be able to rely on this warranty the customer need to follow the specific care instructions on the nulinedistribution.com website, on your website and in the manuals included with the products.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts, accidents or waterborne debris.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.

The warranty does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors for indoor only products or in a corrosive environment.

The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

No, products purchased outside of Canada (in Europe or the United States for example) are not covered by the warranty in Canada.

Nüline Distribution will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this warranty. If considered covered, Nüline Distribution through its own service operations, will then, at its sole discretion, either will send the replacement parts or repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product. If it is covered by this warranty, Nüline Distribution will pay the costs of repairs and spare parts that Fatboy incur, provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure.

Warranty is to the benefit of the original purchaser of the product. All warranties on products sold within Canada are not transferable beyond the original purchaser.

All warranty claims must be made at our orders departement by sending an email. Proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction) and photos are essential for all warranty claims.
